Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay. I had a few artist that needed a little bit of extra time. I won't make you guys wait any longer...

Here is the art. Art Previews. (note: a few more pieces may sneek in before claims)

Claims will be on September 3rd at 4pm EST (US Eastern Standard Time or look up New York City).
  Here is a Time Zone Converter. On this on, use Eastern Daylight Time.

Yes, we will be using the LJ, comment template. We will ask authors to list their top five choices. First come, first serve.

Also, since we seem to have more authors than art pieces, there will most likely be two rounds of claims. First round will end once all art is claimed. Second round will finish up all the authors. Then once all authors have a story, if any authors wants another prompt, they will be able to claim a second piece.

I'm confused by that second paragraph. Does that mean that some art pieces will get multiple authors?

Yes, there will be two authors per some of the art pieces.

In that case, I wonder- will you allow authors the option of claiming a piece together, if they'd rather do that for the first round?

If that is something you want to do, you should work that out with another author before claims, but I won't force authors to do that...

Of course I wasn't suggesting forcing anyone to do that, lol, just wondering if authors could claim art together rather than waiting for the second round to hope they got paired together.

When I said two authors per art prompt. I mean they don't have to talk to one another, but write two different stories. If they want to write stories that follow with another another... Cool. If they just want to chill on their own island... Also cool. ^_^

Ohhh, I see. I didn't realize two authors would mean two different stories. That's cool!! Thanks for clearing that up for me ^_^
