As an author, you will be expected to write a story with a minimum of 4,000 words, based on the prompt you chosen. Claims will be first come, first serve.

Keep in mind that your story must relate to the art you have chosen.

You will be able to view art prompts on September 2nd. On September 3rd Author Claims will open.

You must check in on October 3rd and November 28th

Posting will start December 2nd.

Sorry I don't have a comm over there. I was thinking about making one there, but I am not super with it on Tumblr. >.< Though I do know there have been ads on there for a while. ^_^

No worries. Someone I follow had a post about this comm over on tumblr and I was grateful I saw it because I haven't heard of this challenge before. I'm glad this is on livejournal because I still prefer it over tumblr.

Tumblr is starting to become a pain, the staff has been making changes that most of us don't like, the newest is playing ads or in some cases elevator music on your dashboard no matter what ad blocks you have running.

Ya, that sucks.

I have a tumblr, but I just mess around on it. I too like LJ so much better for these type things. I find it easier to read, navigate and set up. They also tend not to change it up too much. ::shrugs::
